Shipping and Returns

Product Received

When receiving your order via our delivery service ensure you check that the correct product has been delivered and is in good condition as no responsibility will be taken by Bambini for incorrect deliveries accepted by customers.

Delivery Address Access

Should your delivery address be in a complex/flat/estate access may be restricted by security thus please ensure the order is accepted at the security gate by yourself.

If there are any special instructions for products to be left at the security gate, then Bambini will not take any responsibility for defected products due to the product possibly being stored incorrectly until collected by yourself. Should our delivery service arrive at the delivery address and there is no one who can accept the order, then the order will be returned to the depot to be dispatched on the next delivery day, and additional delivery charges may be levied.

Delivery Times

All deliveries take place from Monday to Fridays between 8:00 and 17:00.
Unfortunately, no specific time can be allocated to a delivery, as the routes are planned to ensure all deliveries take place on the certain day.

Delivery Address Changes

Delivery address changes may only take place 24 hours prior to the dispatch of the product/s, and should changes have to take place under 24 hours then the delivery date may be affected. All delivery address changes should be requested via email to orders@bambini-icecream.com.

Delivery Area / Radius

Should an order be placed using the incorrect postal code which is outside of our delivery area/radius, we reserve the right to cancel your order, and refund you.
